Return Policy

Please note we have a:
48 hour Exchange/Return Guarantee in the case of a faulty item.

Refunds/Exchange will only be processed with a valid till slip and original packaging.

If original packaging is not provided or is damaged, we reserve the right to not refund or exchange the item.

If an item is not faulty and a refund is requested a 10% handling fee will be charged.
3 months warranty on most Electronic goods.

Car Radios and Amps require an installers certificate to qualify for the warranty.

Inverters require an installation certificate from a registered company.

In the case that there are signs of negligence, based off of the condition of the item, the item will be booked in and assessed in store or at suppliers.
